I’ve been doing morning yoga meditations with Wioletta since the first set in autumn last year and I can’t recommend them enough. I’d been familiar with yoga before and had been practising regularly before but only after adding it to my daily routine I noticed its significant influence on my self-consciousness and ability to see and understand the patterns in my life. It was a turmoil of events, thoughts and emotions at the beginning which gradually is changing into a feeling of having a better control over my own life. For me it’s still a long way to go, but I think I can already say that the practise with Wioletta and her teachings and personal support is a very powerful way to get out of an internal and external mess, gain clarity and focus on what’s important. It’s definitely not the easiest way, but the results appear and they are the best motivation for further journey into a true self and a better life.
And for those who are lucky to manage their own time but are struggling a bit with that – there’s nothing better than this practice in adding some structure and positive vibe to your day. Sat Nam ?
„Kundalini yoga every morning with Wiola… to me there is no other way to explain it than ‘new life’.
I started the amazing experience with kundalini at the beginning of October 2017, I was at a very low, if not lowest point in my life, being put through disciplinary at work, because I had to much to say and my manager saw me as a treat, as all my colleagues were coming with issues to me, had an accident in my car and my 7 years relationship was pretty much ended… I was still living in the same house as a man who admitted he stopped loving me 2 years ago…
I truly don’t know where I would be today if not this ‘miracle’. I remember sitting in a dark room, with my eyes closed, my life on autopilot, because my brain and my body would not think of anything else than just to survive. I remember seeing a little bright light very far away with my eyes closed, listening to Wiola’s voice and pushing myself to do the moves.
The light started getting brighter and brighter, and today I believe I AM the light. I love my life, I love me, I love the people around me, and they say I have this amazing energy that I bring when I walk into a room. I have been recognised for the person I am and offered an amazing job opportunity which I’m starting on Monday, a new wonderful man entered my life, who thinks I am like an angel, and best thing that happened to him in his life.
I’ve grown so much as a person, as a human, and a woman. I love myself like I never have done in my entire life. I will not stop kundalini, it simply saved my life.

“I have saved my share for the end as during the 40 days it was a hard enough experience to process let alone share it ? This was my second 40 day kirya. It was different from the first one…the first two weeks it was like someone had changed my happy world into the most depressing world. It has been like swimming in mud for 40 days with a light at the end of the tunnel. I did have a really amazing breakthrough around two weeks in relating to a memory of a visualisation that I had done around age 20 at a workshop where I arrive at a door and I was unable to open the door. Behind the door was my me and super bright light. Back then I was unable to open the door which always stuck with me. 17 years – I thought one day I will be able to open that door and two weeks in to this I ripped the door off and burnt it!! ? and all that came to me was Light in. I give light out but light in!! And the door remains open as there is no door to put back. To say I am happy we are moving from removing life blocks is an understatement. I know in order to see the light we must recognise the dark. It has been fully recognised!

I would like to thank you for the 40 days Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Practise.
It is very hard to tell to all the lots of things, what happened, but I am trying to write down the most I remember.
I had always trouble with meditation. In the very beginning, during the yoga session, it was coming a clear voice in my head that go to TM course. And 2 day later I was on the meditation course. Since that I was am making the mediation every day.
I have many new plan in my had, what I wrote down for the hole year. And if a new idea was coming I changes much easier, and faster than before. That flexibility makes my life much easier.
I had funny dreams, usually from about the past unclosed situations and people.
In the day I felt calmer than before. When I had to travel, or because of other reason I couldn’t do yoga, I was very missing inside.
I was going every day to the hospital to help someone, it was taking a lot of energy from me, but when I was coming home, and maid the yoga it just top up my energy again.
My thinking habit changed to more positive, I felt happier inside.
One of the most important changes that I forgot to think about my illness.
For me one of the most powerful session was, what you maid on the beach. It was making me cry also.
I am going for the second interview on the 10 of April, and will probably war as a care for elderly people in the UK. That is why now I will continue to do the last yoga session a while, until I settle down.

I am a holistic therapist and a kundalini yoga and meditation teacher level 1 & 2, based in London. I’m travelling a lot to learn, to share and to enjoy this beautiful life on planet Earth.
I have been trained in wide variety of massages, from Swedish through Shiatsu, Ayurvedic treatments, tantric massages to soul healing with shamans from Great Siberia and Andes. I have been helping people and myself of course to reclaim and maintain balance and happiness in life for almost 20 years.
Love vibration of Gongs and Crystal Bowls and I use them as often as possible in my classes, workshops, private sessions and during amazing Cocooning Inner Journey.
