It is a total work out for the body,mind and spirit. Kundalini works by freeing the flow of energy through seven power centers in the body known as chakras. By opening and balancing these centers, we enable ourselves to connect to a larger source of energy, from which we have come and to which we will return.  Kundalini Yoga does this with a combination of exercise,meditation, chanting and breathing techniques that calm the mind, energize the body and awaken the spirit releasing tension and stress of everyday life. It builds focus , strength and stamina. It is a secret of a true joy. Kundalini yoga gives you pure form of energy that radiates from the core connection of your heart, mind and physical being. A Kundalini Yoga session leaves you feeling fighting fit, ready and able to tackle everyday challenges with new zest. You will feel more relaxed, balanced and fresh. This 4 Weeks Beginner’s Course is the perfect opportunity to get you started with a very transformative form of yoga, that is Kundalini Yoga – The Yoga of Awareness. Kundalini is one of the most spiritual types of yoga. It goes beyond the physical performance of poses with its emphasis on breathing, meditation, mudras (hand gestures) and chanting.

You will learn tools that can help you relax, improve your physical and emotional health, break unwanted patterns and habits and possibly uncover your hidden creative talents. In her classes, Wioletta will use gentle movement and breathing exercises, and you will learn mantras and a number of meditations that will specifically release stress and open you up gently to your potential and your intuition. Finding the Sacred Space Within. Each week we will explore in theory and practice: Week 1: Breath – Pranayama Week 2: Kriya – Asana ? Body Posture Week 3: Mudra and Mantra Week 4: Bhandas, Focus and Meditation. This course will give you the confidence to attend any Kundalini Yoga class or workshop, and you will have the opportunity to speak to Wioletta about starting your own daily practice.No previous experience is required. This will be a safe space for you to learn and enjoy.
