I love rise and shine. I love the freedom to be myself and to free myself and the light it gives me and I love this series even more because it has no frogs in it! People can’t experience something until they can experience it. They will come back when the time is right…we all must find our path.
I also have to say in the past I wouldn’t like an online class and now everyone is starting to do them but yours are in their own league because you have been practising for so long now. It is a lovely way to do kundalini and I always feel like you are in the room with me. ❤️❤️❤️
