This 4 Weeks Beginner’s Course is the perfect opportunity to get you started with a very transformative form of yoga, that is Kundalini Yoga – The Yoga of Awareness.

Kundalini is one of the most spiritual types of yoga. It goes beyond the physical performance of poses with its emphasis on breathing, meditation, mudras (hand gestures) and chanting.

You will learn tools that can help you relax, improve your physical and emotional health, break unwanted patterns and habits and possibly uncover your hidden creative talents.

In her classes, Wioletta will use gentle movement and breathing exercises, and you will learn mantras and a number of meditations that will specifically release stress and open you up gently to your potential and your intuition. Finding the Sacred Space Within.

Each week we will explore in theory and practice:
Week 1: Breath – Pranayama
Week 2: Kriya – Asana ? Body Posture
Week 3: Mudra and Mantra
Week 4: Bhandas, Focus and Meditation

This course will give you the confidence to attend any Kundalini Yoga class or workshop, and you will have the opportunity to speak to Wioletta about starting your own daily practice.No previous experience is required.
This will be a safe space for you to learn and enjoy.

Kundalini Yoga is the mother of all yogas, it is a Raj Yoga. Previously thought only to privillidged ones, Yogi Bhajan brought it to the West in 1969. The Kundalini is a curl of energy held in the base of the spine that we work with, raising consciousness and strengthening the physical body so that it can hold its exquisite self as it opens. It is a dynamic form of yoga, so often there is lots of movement in the postures, with a specific focus on balancing hormone flow, strengthening the nervous system and accessing a state of altered consciousness to allow transformation.

About the Teacher:
Wioletta Diamondheart aka Karam Kaur is a KRI level 1 & 2 Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, she teaches Kundalini Yoga for Conscious Pregnancy and Shakti Dance, Member of KYTA, IKYTA, SDTA, Holistic & Ayurvedic Therapist, Enthusiastic Traveller & Intuitive Life Coach.
Wioletta is dynamic and passionate about life and its transformations. Her energy and enthusiasm for the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as thought by Yogi Bhajan is deeply motivating and encouraging.
